ANOTHER 3-0 sweep as we start the new week in the same manner that we carried out the last.
Here’s a quick take on today’s plays:
Another day of MLB action, another MLB sweep for members. Pretty hard not to grade this one another A+ day as a result.
We went back to the well once more as the LA Angels team total against left-handed pitchers continues to pay dividends for us. The 4.5 runs were never in doubt as John Means pitched 6.0 innings of one run ball, further compounding the teams struggles (and our recipe for success); fading the LA Angels on the road vs lefties = money.
Our second + money winner on the day came in the form of the Chicago White Sox as they picked up a road win in Toronto against a struggling Aaron Sanchez. The damage was all done in the 4th inning where the White Sox scored all five of their runs. They managed 9 hits in Sanchez’s 6.0 innings, while Lucas Giolito made it back-to-back wins after giving up just 1 run and 4 hits in 7.0 innings. Toronto’s offence, or lack thereof, continues to be a problem and getting teams as underdogs against them is always worth a look; or at least, it’s always worth a bit of research to see if there’s value on the opponents at + money.
We wrapped up our sweep with another comfortable winner as the Rockies continue to pile on the runs at Coors at the minute. This game should never have been set at 11.0 with Margevicius at the mound. The Padres starter gave up 5 runs in 5.0 innings and their bullpen allowed 5 more in a comfortable scoring game for Colorado. Admittedly, a 9th inning mini-rally from San Diego made this scoreline look far more comfortable than it may have seemed but again, runs are Coors are always on the menu and it seems last season’s Unders trend was simply an exception to the rule.
We’re super thankful for this incredible streak at the minute and will keep working hard to ensure it doesn’t stop! For those of you still with Unibet, expect to be limited shortly and jump over to Top Sport when that does happen.
Note: Members did suffer a -2.00 unit loss today on our Denver Nuggets series play as they couldn’t close out a Game 7 at home. That was the first time all season that they’ve lost at home when leading at the end of 3Q as well.
